Massage Therapy

Swedish massage
Long strokes promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create balance. It is more of a slow and gentle bracing, based on your preferences to achieve wellness. Hot stone can be added for $20

Deep Tissue

It is aimed at the deeper tissue of the muscle and uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, generally more intense pressure. It is more focused to release chronic muscle tension and knots.

Neuromuscular Therapy
The American Academy of Pain Management recognizes this form of massage therapy as an effective treatment for back pain caused by soft tissue injury (such as a muscle strain).
